Terms of Service
1. General
Welcome to the Green Point website. Use of the website and the services offered on it is subject to these terms of use. Using the website constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
2. Definitions
- "the Company" / "we": Green Point Ltd.
- "the website": the Green Point website.
- "the User": any person who uses the website and its services.
3. Purchasing Through the Website
Purchases on the website may be made only by the holder of a valid credit card. An order takes effect only after approval by the credit card company. In the event that a product is unavailable, the Company may cancel the order and refund the payment.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices on the website do not include VAT unless otherwise stated. The Company may update prices from time to time.
5. Supply and Shipping Policy
Delivery time is between 7 and 14 business days from the moment payment is approved by the credit card company. Products are delivered by an external shipping company to the customer’s home, or by self-pickup from our offices by prior arrangement.
- Orders of ₪500 and above — free shipping.
- Orders under ₪500 — a shipping fee of ₪70 for the entire order (including VAT).
- In exceptional cases (holidays, emergencies, or supply from abroad) there may be a delay in delivery times, and we will update the customer accordingly.

6. Warranty
All Green Point products come with a manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the product page. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, or handling by anyone other than a certified technician.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation terms are detailed on the Cancellation page and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
The Company respects the privacy of its customers and undertakes not to sell or transfer customer details to any third party for that party’s own purposes or for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the shipping and payment processors to the extent required to fulfill the order, as well as when the Company is legally required to do so. Credit card details are processed and stored only with a secure payment processor and are not stored on the Company’s servers.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including the logo, texts, images, videos, and design — belongs to the Company and may not be copied or distributed without explicit written permission.
10. Changes to the Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the website and will be binding on users from the date of its publication.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute shall lie with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
