Shipping

Shipping Methods

• Home delivery: 7–14 business days, by an external shipping company.
• Self-pickup: from our offices (see address details on the Contact page), by prior arrangement.

Shipping Cost

• Orders of ₪500 and above — free shipping.
• Orders under ₪500 — ₪70 for the entire order (including VAT).

Delivery Times

Delivery time is between 7 and 14 business days from the moment payment is approved. In exceptional cases (holidays, emergencies, supply from abroad) there may be a delay — we will update you accordingly.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied. A new product may be returned, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Return Conditions

• The product is in its original packaging, with no signs of use or installation.
• Proof of purchase / invoice.
• In the case of a defective product — return and shipping are free.

How to Return

1. Contact us by phone or email to arrange the return.
2. You will receive an RMA number (return authorization).
3. Send the product back (or we will collect it by arrangement) together with the RMA.
4. After receipt and inspection, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Return Fee

In accordance with the law, the Company will charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price. For defective products — there is no return fee.
